Thierry has told IGIHE that Dr. Nibishaka was arrested on Saturday over swindling people\u2019s money promising people to help them get visas to travel to the United States of America (USA). <\/p>\n<p>\u201cDr. Nibishaka was accused by different people claiming that he took their money promising them to get visas to travel to USA but did neither help them nor refunded their money. Investigation is ongoing,\u201d he said.  <\/p>\n<p>Dr. Nibishaka was named the Deputy CEO of RGB in July 2019.
