Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, he was welcomed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Vincent Biruta before his reception at Urugwiro Village. <\/p>\n<p>After hosting Umaru, the two Heads of State sat down for a t\u00eate-\u00e2-t\u00eate before holding bilateral talks with officials from both delegations.
