They are part of out of 245 units expected to be completed this year.  <\/p>\n<p>Each of housing units at the estate is estimated to cost between Rwf16 million and Rwf35 million.  <\/p>\n<p>ADHI Rwanda is a subsidiary of ADHI Corporate Group established in 2011 in Gabon.<\/p>\n<p>It deploys latest technology to build modern and affordable units for people of different economic backgrounds.   <\/p>\n<p>For the past ten years, the company has been building housing units with materials that reduce carbon emissions from the buildings.<\/p>\n<p>ADHI Rwanda Ltd also runs a school dubbed ADHI Academy which trains people on constructing ecofriendly buildings.
