{"id":45164,"date":"2022-01-22T09:53:13","date_gmt":"2022-01-22T09:53:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/gen-muhoozi-kainerugaba-in-rwanda-for-one-day-visit\/"},"modified":"2022-01-24T09:41:44","modified_gmt":"2022-01-24T09:41:44","slug":"gen-muhoozi-kainerugaba-in-rwanda-for-one-day-visit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/gen-muhoozi-kainerugaba-in-rwanda-for-one-day-visit\/","title":{"rendered":"Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba in Rwanda for one-day visit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Upon arrival in Rwanda, Lt Gen Kainerugaba was received by among others, Brig Gen Willy Rwagasana, the Commandant of Republican Guard and the Spokesperson of Rwanda Defence Force, Col Ronald Rwivanga.<\/p>\n<p>Information about his visit went viral on Friday where it was reported that Lt Gen Muhoozi, the first born son of Uganda\u2019s President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is expected in Kigali for discussions with President Paul Kagame aimed mending bilateral ties.  <\/p>\n<p>Recently, Lt Gen Muhoozi shared a message via his Twitter handle that people fighting President Kagame are fighting his family.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is my uncle, Afande Paul Kagame. Those who fight him are fighting my family.
