It is suspected that the child fell into a water tank on 14th January 2022.  <\/p>\n<p>The Spokesperson of Rwanda Investigation Bureau has told IGIHE that investigation is underway to identify people who might be connected with the death.   <\/p>\n<p>\u201cPreliminary investigation has come up with major reasons raising suspicion that two people might be accomplices connected to the child\u2019s death.
