Instead of fixing it, he approached a police officer who was inspecting vehicles at the center, tried to seduce him with a bribe of Frw15,000 so as to ignore the status of the fore windscreen and give him the inspection certificate. Sagamba was arrested red-handed given the bribe after the officer reported to his superiors,&#8221; CIP Ndayisenga said.<\/p>\n<p>He warned against such criminal tendences, which can contribute to accidents and loss of lives.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Police services are provided in a transparent process, so if you are legally allowed a service, you will get it.
