{"id":45082,"date":"2022-01-05T10:15:52","date_gmt":"2022-01-05T10:15:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/bugesera-cell-executive-secretaries-receive-laptops\/"},"modified":"2022-01-07T11:45:22","modified_gmt":"2022-01-07T11:45:22","slug":"bugesera-cell-executive-secretaries-receive-laptops","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/bugesera-cell-executive-secretaries-receive-laptops\/","title":{"rendered":"Over 70 cell executive secretaries receive laptops in Bugesera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The laptops were handed over on Tuesday 4th January 2022 to all cells executive secretaries of Bugesera district during an event graced by the Governor of Eastern Province, Emmanuel Gasana.  <\/p>\n<p>After receiving laptops, the grass root leaders revealed that the lack of laptops would delay or hamper services like civil registration, classification of residents in Ubudehe social class categories among others.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cReceived laptop will help me place residents in social classes and provide work report on time,\u201d said Leatitie Murebwanayo, the executive secretary of Kabeza cell in Rilima sector. <\/p>\n<p>The executive secretary of Cyintambwe cell located in Rweru sector, Jean Marie Vianney Hategekimana said that received laptop will help improve service delivery and commended President of the Republic for his visionary leadership. <\/p>\n<p>The Governor of Eastern Province, Emmanuel Gasana has underscored that these laptops will help beneficiaries to save documents electronically.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe world is going digital that we need to adapt to emerging technologies to improve services.
