The female contingent led by Chief Inspector of Police Liberathe Mukagasana, replaces eight, whose mission ended on December 1.<\/p>\n
The officers left for the mission in the West African nation at about 2:00pm aboard Ethiopian Airlines, and will perform various duties including monitoring and mentoring their counterparts in Ivory Coast as well as conducting patrols.<\/p>\n
The Deputy Inspector General of Police, Stanley Nsabimana, during a pre-deployment briefing, yesterday, appealed to the officers to raise Rwanda\u2019s flag high through providing quality services and be exemplary.<\/p>\n
DIGP Nsabimana also asked them to uphold discipline during their stint.<\/p>\n
The Contingent Commander, Chief Inspector of Police Liberathe Mukagasana, said they will aim at accomplishing their mission duties to restore peace in the West African nation.<\/p>\n
