\u201cWe went to the crime scene following the incident. We learnt that the deceased had lent Rwf200 to the young man and ambushed him to claim his money. Upon arrival, they engaged in heated argument which sparked fight. The man hit the debtor with a bottle who also hit him with a big stick on the head resulting into his death,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n
