Murangira has confirmed that the artiste is detained.   <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe suspects are detained at Kicukiro RIB Post as investigation is underway to file their case to the Prosecution,\u201d he said.  <\/p>\n<p>Dr. Murangira advised the general public against drug abuse noting that whoever fails to stand against such vice will face the law.  <\/p>\n<p> \u201cRIB reminds all Rwandans residents that anyone caught abusing or trafficking any sorts of drugs will not be tolerated. We particularly request artistes to mirror virtues to their fans in the society.
