DINHA.<\/p>\n<p>The Memorandum of Understanding signed stands for the collaboration in the areas of capacity building, the exchange of staff and expertise in railway transport development sector and the secondment programmes among others.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are undergoing initial phases to start a railway  project yet Zimbabwe has longstanding experience. For instance, Zimbabwe has more than 2000-kilometers railway while Rwanda seeks to build 400-kilometers railway. So, we can learn a lot from them,&#8221; said Minister Gatete.  <\/p>\n<p>Minister Tapirwa Mhona and his delegation are in Rwanda for five-day working visit.
