The Nigerians made the appreciation at a luncheon held at Ipfundo Art Gallery on 6th September 2021. <\/p>\n

As they explained, the visit to Rwanda is meant to explore investment opportunities and visit different projects to learn from the country\u2019s home grown solutions helping it to fast track development goals. <\/p>\n

Dr. Henrietta Onwuegbuzie, a lecturer of entrepreneurship at Lagos Business School has told IGIHE that Rwanda offers huge investment opportunities that can be capitalized to generate bigger returns. <\/p>\n

\u201cRwanda has a small country with low population density but with conducive environment where regulatory institutions and the justice sector are dynamic. This provides ground to run business smoothly. Considering the low population density, I have also noticed that it is of significant importance to work with foreigners from countries with larger population to expand the market,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n

Her colleague, Dr. Francis Ojadi who also teaches at the same university has come to Rwanda for the first time. <\/p>\n

He revealed that they have started engaging with firms involved in agriculture value chain and expressed optimism that such discussions might pave the way for new investments. <\/p>\n

The CEO of Crystal Ventures Ltd, Dr. Jack Kayonga encouraged Nigerians to tap into investment opportunities available in Rwanda noting that the country is ready to continue offering favorable business environment. <\/p>\n

\u201cYou are welcome to Rwanda. It is an occasion to visit some of local companies to get an inspiration and orientation on investment opportunities available in Rwanda as well as other incentives,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n

Dr. Kayonga assured visiting Nigerians that Crystal Ventures is ready to work with them.<\/p>\n

Crystal Ventures has investments spread across various sectors including construction, hospitality, beverages, transport, mining, security and logistics among other areas.<\/p>\n

Some of its subsidiaries include Inyange Industries, ISCO (former Intersec), NPD Ltd, Real Contractors, East African Granite Industries (EAGI), Ruliba Clays, Bourbon Coffee, Nexus and StoneCraft and SEAL among others.<\/p>\n
