He was later acquitted while Kazendebe has been warned at different times over relenting efforts to fast track development programs.  <\/p>\n<p>It is said that more 30 local leaders including cell executive secretaries, sector and district officials are to be suspended over alleged office abuse.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>{Two sector executive secretaries in Rubavu district have submitted resignations.
