The man riding a bicycle skidded off into the pond during night hours as he crossed a bridge connecting Ryamanyoni and Murundi cells,\u201d he said.  <\/p>\n<p>Gashayija explained that the deceased was first seen by residents who found him with a cell phone and Rwf30, 000 in pocket.    <\/p>\n<p>The sector executive secretary revealed that the body was taken to Gahini Hospital for postmortem as investigation is underway to establish circumstances under which he died.  <\/p>\n<figure class=\"spip-document spip-document-39300 aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/en-images.igihe.com\/jpg\/uyu_mugabo_yasanzwe_yaguye_mu_cyuzi_yari_ashinzwe_kurinda.jpg\" alt=\"The man was found dead in a pond located in Murundi sector.
