[\u2026] That is why the Ministry of Justice wants you to remain vigilant as you notarize documents.  It takes short time but incurred effects are overarching when the services are not delivered properly,\u201d said Urujeni.  <\/p>\n<p>Sharif Yusuf Mugabo who serves as a defence lawyer said that the new title translates into the expansion of his services and promised to deliver on efficiency.   <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is our responsibility to deliver good services.
