{"id":44081,"date":"2021-08-06T06:30:35","date_gmt":"2021-08-06T06:30:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/rwanda-records-10-more-covid-19-deaths-754-new-cases\/"},"modified":"2021-08-06T06:31:18","modified_gmt":"2021-08-06T06:31:18","slug":"rwanda-records-10-more-covid-19-deaths-754-new-cases","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/rwanda-records-10-more-covid-19-deaths-754-new-cases\/","title":{"rendered":"Rwanda records 10 more COVID-19 deaths, 754 new cases"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The statement released last night shows that 754 people have caught the virus out of 14 393 sample tests, 12 recovered while 37 are critically ill.  <\/p>\n<p>The majority of new cases were found in Kigali: 70, Bugesera: 60, Nyamagabe: 54, Ngororero: 53 and Gicumbi: 53.   <\/p>\n<p>A total of 564, 951 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 while 44,584 received since Rwanda began countrywide inoculation program on 5th March 2021.  <\/p>\n<p>Coronavirus symptoms include coughing, flu, and difficulty in breathing. The virus is said to be transmitted through the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract.<\/p>\n<p>Rwandans are urged to adhere to COVID-19 health guidelines, washing hands frequently using soaps and safe water, wearing face masks and respecting social distancing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>{The Ministry of Health has reported that then people succumbed to COVID-19 yesterday bringing the death toll to 860.
