{"id":44064,"date":"2021-08-04T08:06:29","date_gmt":"2021-08-04T08:06:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/top-performing-cells-in-mutuelle-de-sante-subscriptions-awarded-in-eastern\/"},"modified":"2021-08-04T08:09:54","modified_gmt":"2021-08-04T08:09:54","slug":"top-performing-cells-in-mutuelle-de-sante-subscriptions-awarded-in-eastern","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/top-performing-cells-in-mutuelle-de-sante-subscriptions-awarded-in-eastern\/","title":{"rendered":"Top performing cells in Mutuelle de Sant\u00e9 subscriptions awarded in Eastern Province"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>These include Bwiyorere cell located in Mpanga sector in Kirehe and three more cells form Gatsibo district for achieving 100% in Mutuelle de Sant\u00e9 subscriptions. <\/p>\n<p>Other recognized cells include Mpanga in Mpanga sector (96.25%) Kagese cell of Nasho sector   (96%) in Kirehe district and Nyabwishongwezi cell from Nyagatare.  <\/p>\n<p>Some of them have received laptops while others got certificates of recognition.  <\/p>\n<p>The Executive Secretary of Bwiyorere, Fran\u00e7ois Xavier Habakubaho has explained that close collaboration with colleagues was the enabler to achieve the target.  <\/p>\n<p> \u201cWe have 20 saving and lending groups in our cell solely created for Mutuelle de Sant\u00e9 contributions. Residents contribute on weekly basis depending on the number of family members.  For instance, one individual contributing Rwf100 has Rwf5200 in savings towards the beginning of the next fiscal year. A family of three can also contribute Rwf200 per week to cater for Mutuelle de Sant\u00e9,\u201d he said.  <\/p>\n<p>The Governor of Eastern Province, Emmanuel Gasana has commended top performing cells and requested others to follow the suit in two weeks.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe campaign mobilizing residents to subscribe for Mutuelle de Sant\u00e9 and pay contributions to Ejo Heza saving scheme is much needed to ensure residents\u2019 good health and wellbeing.
