{"id":43675,"date":"2021-06-09T05:16:30","date_gmt":"2021-06-09T05:16:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/kagame-holds-talks-with-minister-of-state-for-african-affairs-of-saudi-arabia\/"},"modified":"2021-06-11T06:04:22","modified_gmt":"2021-06-11T06:04:22","slug":"kagame-holds-talks-with-minister-of-state-for-african-affairs-of-saudi-arabia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/kagame-holds-talks-with-minister-of-state-for-african-affairs-of-saudi-arabia\/","title":{"rendered":"Kagame holds talks with Minister of State for African Affairs of Saudi Arabia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kagame received Ahmed after meeting with Rwanda\u2019s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Dr. Vincent Biruta where the two ministers held discussions on strengthening bilateral relations and signed a General Cooperation Agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Ahmed Kattan becomes the first Saudi official to visit Rwanda.  <\/p>\n<p>On Monday, Ambassador Jamal M.H Al-Madani presented credentials to Kagame has to represent the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Rwanda with residence in Kampala, Uganda.<\/p>\n<p>He was approved by the cabinet meeting held on 14th December 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Rwanda and Saudi Arabia have enjoyed cordial relations and cooperation in different areas since 2006.
