The executive secretary of Rukoma sector, Jean de Dieu Nkurunziza, has told IGIHE that the young man was an orphan adding that it is not known if he had clashes with anyone. <\/p>\n
\u201cIt is suspected that he has been murdered. Rwanda Investigation Bureau has launched investigation and evidence gathering. No suspects have been identified. He was still young and had no conflicts with anyone,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n
IGIHE has learnt that the young man might have been stabbed on the neck with a knife. <\/p>\n
