The Rwandan Ambassador to France, Kabare Jacques briefed Rwandans on the origin and significance of the fund and commended the efforts they had already made with their contributions since the fund was created.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis shows the commitment to develop your country\u201d Kabare noted.<\/p>\n
He said that Rwanda is passing through difficulties adding that with the effort of every Rwandan nothing will be impossible.<\/p>\n
