The trio detained at Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB) station in Gahunga include Niwonkunda Miriam, land administration officer in Cyanika sector, Uwababyeyi Theonestine, the manager of Rugarama Sacco and the accountant Niyoyita Emilien.<\/p>\n
They are suspected of two crimes namely; illegally obtaining another person\u2019s property and offering a document to a person who did not deserve it, which they committed during an expropriation exercise. <\/p>\n
RIB spokesperson, Dr. Murangira B. Thierry has said that their files have been transferred to the prosecution. <\/p>\n
