The executive secretary of Gahini sector, Rukeribuga Joseph has told IGIHE that the young man might have committed suicide. <\/p>\n
\u201cI learnt about his death yesterday around 5pm. His mother heard a radio switched on. As she looked through a window, the mother saw the young man hanging with a rope around the neck. As they alerted us, we rushed there with Rwanda investigation Bureau and Police and took him at Gahini Hospital for postmortem,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n
