{"id":42807,"date":"2021-02-05T10:17:14","date_gmt":"2021-02-05T10:17:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/grenade-blast-injures-two-in-ngoma\/"},"modified":"2021-02-05T10:17:05","modified_gmt":"2021-02-05T10:17:05","slug":"grenade-blast-injures-two-in-ngoma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/grenade-blast-injures-two-in-ngoma\/","title":{"rendered":"Grenade blast injures two in Ngoma"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The incident took place yesterday around 11am in Rusenyi village, Birenga cell, Kazo sector in Ngoma district.  <\/p>\n<p>Sources reveal that the two women saw an unknown object as they tilled in a garden where one of them got curious and hit it with a hoe to discover what is inside, causing the blast instantly.<\/p>\n<p>The executive secretary of Kazo sector, Nyamutera Emmanuel has told IGIHE the victims were slightly injured.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cTwo women tilling saw a strange object. One of them said it was a nice object and hit it with a hoe.  They immediately ran away as the grenade exuded smoke.  Some shrapnel fragments hit the women who survived with minor injuries,\u201d he said.  <\/p>\n<p>Nyamutera revealed that one was injured on the leg while another was slightly injured on the ribs.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cApparently, they survived with slight injuries.
