In Kamonyi district, a cyclist was hit dead by a car which has not yet been identified.  <\/p>\n<p>Another fatal accident happened in Rusizi where four people lost lives.  <\/p>\n<p>Even though security was tightened on Christmas, CP Kabera reminded Rwandans to be cautious over theft cases that might arise in festive seasons.  <\/p>\n<p> \u201cPolice is on alert to protect security but Rwandans should not be complacent.
