{{Residents of Nyanza District on November 21 started a three-day training on Gender Based Violence (GBV).}} <\/p>\n
Participants, all members of Community Policing Committees (CPCs) as well as those from Ant-GBV clubs were drawn from Rwabicuma and Busasamana sectors.<\/p>\n
The training was organized by Rwanda National Police (RNP) and funded by care International.<\/p>\n
The training which focuses at enhancing anti-GBV awareness is set to benefit 2319 people from 75 sectors in the Southern province.<\/p>\n
During the three-day training, participants will be taken through lessons such as types of GBV, its causes and consequences, and how to prevent it.<\/p>\n
