It\u2019s confusing. \u201cShe said.<\/p>\n<p>Mururu Sector Executive Secretary Ingabire Joyeux told IGIHE that the robbery was well planned and confirmed that Rwanda investigation Bureau (RIB) had arrested two suspects.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was a well calculated plan; we opened a case file with RIB for more investigation.
