{"id":4180,"date":"2012-11-19T05:25:48","date_gmt":"2012-11-19T05:25:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/reconciliation-among-rwandas-at-80\/"},"modified":"2012-11-19T05:25:07","modified_gmt":"2012-11-19T05:25:07","slug":"reconciliation-among-rwandas-at-80","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/reconciliation-among-rwandas-at-80\/","title":{"rendered":"Reconciliation Among Rwandas at 80%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{{The process of unity and reconciliation among Rwandans has reached at more than 80%, according to the Executive Secretary of the National Commission for Unity and Reconciliation Commission (NURC), Dr Jean Baptiste Habyarimana.}}<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Habyarimana reveled November 16, 2012 while presenting NURC achievements in the past 18 years after the genocide against the Tutsi.<\/p>\n<p>The presentation was delivered to members of the Unity Club &#8220;Intwararumuri&#8221; consisting of current and former members of the Government.<\/p>\n<p>Unity Club&#8217;s mission is to promote the culture of unity and peace, pillars of sustainable development. It began operations in February 1996.<br \/>\nThe study reveals that 90% of Rwandans have confidence in their leaders. <\/p>\n<p>This positive perception also shows that the current leaders have considerable popular legitimacy.<\/p>\n<p>Research also shows that Rwandans prefer their children to be identified with the nation not their ethnicity or region.<\/p>\n<p>However, not everything is done so that Rwandans are reconciled to 100%.
