{"id":41024,"date":"2020-03-17T19:37:25","date_gmt":"2020-03-17T19:37:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/seven-sentenced-to-25-over-attempted-murder\/"},"modified":"2020-03-17T19:37:08","modified_gmt":"2020-03-17T19:37:08","slug":"seven-sentenced-to-25-over-attempted-murder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/seven-sentenced-to-25-over-attempted-murder\/","title":{"rendered":"Seven sentenced to 25 over attempted murder"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Tuesday, March 17, 2020, the Nyarugenge High Court ruled that Nkamiro Zaina, Umulisa Gis\u00e8le, Kamanzi Cyiza Cardinal, Umuhoza Konny, Umuhoza Rosine, Umutoni Hadidja and Uwimana Zainabu were guilty of attempted murder as charged.<\/p>\n<p>The seven suspects were involved in a premeditated plot to murder Mukamana Sandrine but their heinous act was foiled. <\/p>\n<p>Their trial of the case began in March 5, 2020. The defendants pleaded guilty of assaulting Mukamana but pleaded not guilty on charges of attempted murder.
