The Police spokesperson for the City of Kigali City, Chief Inspector General of Police (CIP) Marie Gorette Umutesi said the suspect, known to the victim had visited her for a night which she used to scheme for the password, crammed it and borrowed her phone pretending to be making a phone-call only to realise the following morning that she had clandestinely sent herself the money from the agent\u2019s account. <\/p>\n
By the time the agent realized that she has been schemed of her money, the thieving visitor had already left.<\/p>\n
The suspect was arrested Saturday evening at Giporoso and handed over to the National Police at the Kanombe Police Station for further investigation.<\/p>\n
