He did not have any problem at his workplace,\u201d CIP Karekezi said adding that they are following on other possible causes.<\/p>\n<p>Rukundo is the second employee of ISCO to commit suicide in 2020 following another, one Ntatinya Audace born in Gicumbi district, who took his life using a gun in January in Kicukiro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another employee of ISCO in Karongi district branch has shot himself dead over a cause that has not been established yet.
