When rape or defilement is done on a minor of less than 14 years old, the penalty is life sentence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Babonampoze Erneste, a 64-year-old resident of Murambi village, Buhaza sector, Rubavu district was on Sunday apprehended after allegations that he has raped three children.
