Colonel Kitoko Kadida was appointed RG Commander while Col Louis Kanobayire was appointed Chief J3. <\/p>\n<p>Lt Col Richard Ndamage was appointed to OPS Officer 1 Division, and Lt Col Ignace Tuyisenge was appointed Deputy Military Police Regiment Commander. <\/p>\n<p>Capt.
