{{Protais Musoni, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, Commissioner and founding member of the RPF has said that the government can not be overthrown in a coup.}}<\/p>\n
\u201cThe coup can succeed only when the state is dysfunctional and not working for the people,\u201dHe noted.<\/p>\n
Musoni made the observation while appearing on a Television program discussing RPF political program.<\/p>\n
“In a regime responsible and able to act in the interests of the population, the coup is not possible.\u201d<\/p>\n
He added, \u201cThose who want to engage in this business cannot benefit from popular support. They are forced to give up and fail if they try to venture\u201d.<\/p>\n
Minister Musoni was responding to questions from citizens who were eager to know more about the existence of a group of people who teach division and are considering making a coup against incumbent government.<\/p>\n
According to Musoni, these people are ignorant adding that Rwandans today can differentiate between right and wrong. <\/p>\n
They know the benefits of the current government and cannot be manipulated by anyone.<\/p>\n
Returning to the political manifesto of the RPF, Musoni said that the latter is based on nine programs.<\/p>\n
These were made in the interests of Rwandans. They help nurture the socio-economic development of the country and to promote and improve as much as possible the welfare of the Rwandan people.<\/p>\n
