Kalisa presents credentials to represent Rwanda in Egypt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>He is among diplomats representing Rwanda in 15 countries appointed on 15th July 2019.  <\/p>\n<p>Apart from representation in Egypt, Amb. Kalisa will also oversee Rwanda\u2019s interests in Algeria, Libya, and Tunisia.  <\/p>\n<p>He presented letters of credence to Egypt Deputy Foreign Minister for African Affairs, Ambassador Hamdi Sanad Loza.  <\/p>\n<p>Kalisa conveyed greetings from President Paul Kagame and assured cooperation to expand bilateral relations. <\/p>\n<p>Amb. Kalisa and Hamdi also discussed areas of priority to improve bilateral ties rooted on mutual trust and promoting trade as well.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe discussed on empowering the private sector and the role of Egypt to support the progress of investors from both sides,\u201d he said.  <\/p>\n<p>Promoting the trade of Rwanda\u2019s coffee, tea was also among topics of discussion.<br \/>\nAmb.
