{"id":40179,"date":"2019-10-14T20:38:00","date_gmt":"2019-10-14T20:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/jci-rwanda-equips-youth-with-leadership\/"},"modified":"2019-10-15T11:25:00","modified_gmt":"2019-10-15T11:25:00","slug":"jci-rwanda-equips-youth-with-leadership","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/jci-rwanda-equips-youth-with-leadership\/","title":{"rendered":"JCI Rwanda equips youth with leadership attributes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Organized by Junior Chamber International Rwanda (Jci Rwanda), the workshop took place on Saturday 12th, October 2019.<\/p>\n<p>It brought together 25 youth from Cameroon, Guinea, Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Niger, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, South Africa, Madagascar, Ghana, Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda.<\/p>\n<p>The Belgium trainer, Peter Anckaert, shared insights into attributes of a good corporate leader and manager in complementing company or organization growth and in how do we deal with the change or implement change.<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, Peter served as Jci Vice President assigned to the national Jci organizations of Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania, and Sweden.
