{"id":4016,"date":"2012-11-08T07:53:39","date_gmt":"2012-11-08T07:53:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/children-kidnaps-on-the-rise\/"},"modified":"2012-11-08T07:53:31","modified_gmt":"2012-11-08T07:53:31","slug":"children-kidnaps-on-the-rise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/children-kidnaps-on-the-rise\/","title":{"rendered":"Children Kidnaps on the Rise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{{Residents of Gitega Sector of Nyarugenge District in Kigali City are facing challenges of cases of more children disappearing.}}<\/p>\n<p>Children who disappear are reportedly said to be between two years and three years old.<\/p>\n<p>One of the residents told IGIHE that during the night of 6th November, a young girl disappeared.<\/p>\n<p>However, the following day the missing girl was found at Nyabugogo Parking station alive.<\/p>\n<p>Last week another young boy of 3years went missing and later found in Mount Kigali forest.<\/p>\n<p>The same month another child went missing and has not been found.<br \/>\nHowever, Munyakazi Issaa, the Executive Secretary of Gitega Sector said the problem was not known.<\/p>\n<p>He however suspected that childless women could be behind the kidnaps.
