{"id":39990,"date":"2019-09-07T22:35:02","date_gmt":"2019-09-07T22:35:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/mtn-rwanda-concludes-yolo-campaign-with-awards-to\/"},"modified":"2019-09-07T22:34:50","modified_gmt":"2019-09-07T22:34:50","slug":"mtn-rwanda-concludes-yolo-campaign-with-awards-to","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/mtn-rwanda-concludes-yolo-campaign-with-awards-to\/","title":{"rendered":"MTN Rwanda concludes Yolo campaign with awards to winners"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The campaign that concluded yesterday started on 31st May 2019, attracting over 500 youth.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the campaign, MTN awarded Yolo pack users with phones, T-shirts, televisions, cash prizes, cows among others.<br \/>\nRegistration to Yolo pack was free where the youth would dial *154*6# and stand a chance to win different awards.  <\/p>\n<p>Desire Ruhinguka, the Marketing Operations Senior Manager at MTN Rwanda, has told IGIHE that the campaign attracted a large number of users and left them acquiring resources contributing to their economic growth. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe awarded winners every week with data bundles, cows, televisions and Rwf 500,000, smartphones and so on.  The campaign was successful given that students also participated during holidays,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe organize such programs to build long-standing relationships with our clients based on mutual interests,\u201d added Ruhinguka. <\/p>\n<p>He highlighted that MTN Rwanda 5 million subscribers and wants to substantially boost the numbers in a win-win situation.  <\/p>\n<p>Iradukunda Deborah from the Niboye sector of Kicukiro district received a cow.  \u201cI registered in Yolo last month and stood chance to win. I expect the received cow to calve and grow my wealth,\u201d she said.  <\/p>\n<p>MTN Rwanda launched Yolo campaign in 2016.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"spip-document spip-document-32090 aligncenter\"><img
