The college has expert lecturers with international repute.<\/p>\n<p>The College of Sciences and Technology is a regional role model for its Center for Biodiversity, Center for Conservation and Natural Resources Management, African Centre of Excellence in Internet of Things, ACE IoT, African Centre of Excellence in Energy and Sustainable Development, and ICTP East African Institute for Fundamental Research where it offers degrees in  Master\u2019s and Ph.D. programs.<\/p>\n<p>This makes it the right choice to pursue an education at the College of Sciences and Technology. <\/p>\n<p>Indeed, it offers specialized science and technology courses with degrees accredited internationally. <\/p>\n<p>The college receives both national and international students. It has a partnership with other international universities, in terms of doing researches and making their publication.<\/p>\n<p>The College offers courses at 3 main campuses namely: Nyarugenge(HQ), Huye and Nyagatare in the south province.<\/p>\n<p>{{Offered programs}}<\/p>\n<p>The college offers a Ph.D. program in IoT with Specialization in Wireless Intelligent Sensor Networking, Ph.D. in IoT with Specialization in Embedded Computing Systems, Ph.D. programs in the School of Sciences, Ph.D. by Research in Biology : (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry).<\/p>\n<p>They offer a Ph.D. program in Research in Chemistry: Organic Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry).<\/p>\n<p>Also offered are; Ph.D. program in Research in Physics, PhD in Mathematics by Coursework and dissertation: (Pure Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, &#038; Statistics), PhD by Research in Physics, PhD programs in ICTP\/EAIFR and PhD by Research in Physics (High Energy Physics, Condensed Matter Physics, Solid Earth Geophysics).<\/p>\n<p>Ph.D. programs in School of Engineering, PhD by research in environmental engineering, PhD by Research in Highway Engineering, PhD by Research in Water Resource Engineering, PHD programs in ACE-ESD, PhD by Research in Renewable Energy, PhD by Research in Electrical Power Systems, PhD by Research in Energy Economics, PhD program in School of ICT and PhD by Research in ICT: software engineering, computer science.<\/p>\n<p>In Masters Programs; there are Masters Programs in School of Architecture and Built Environment, Master of Science in Geo-Information Science for Environment and Sustainable Development, Masters Programs in School of Engineering, Master of Science in Transportation Engineering and Economics, Master of Science in Highway Engineering and Management and Masters of Science in Water Resources and Environmental Management.<\/p>\n<p>There are also  Masters Programs in School of ICT, Master of Science in Information Systems (option: E-governance), Master of Science in information systems (option: internet technologies), Master of Science in Information and communication technologies (operational communications ), Master of Science in Computer Science (option: Software Engineering), Master of Communications Management by e-learning (eMCM), Masters Programs in School of Sciences, MSc of Atmospheric and Climate Sciences, Master in Applied Mathematics, Master in Environmental Chemistry and MSc in Biodiversity Conservation and Natural resources Management.<\/p>\n<p>You can also study Master\u2019s in ICTP\/EAIFR, Master of Science in Physics (Specializations: High Energy Physics, Condensed Matter Physics, Solid Earth Geophysics), Master of Science in Electrical Power Systems, Master of Science in Renewable energy, Master of Science in Energy Economics, Master programs in ACE, IoT , Master of Science in Internet of Things: Embedded Computing Systems (MSc in IoT: ECS), Master of Science in IoT: Wireless and Masters in Intelligent Sensor Networking (MSc in IoT: WISeNet).<\/p>\n<p>{{Easy payments}}<\/p>\n<p>Payments have been made easier for students at the College of Education. Tuition fees ate deposited to accounts of the University of Rwanda at different banks.<\/p>\n<p>The University of Rwanda has also a scheme of paying tuition fees within two installments. www.ur.ac.rwand proceed through the Application Portal.<\/p>\n<p>The application process requires an e-mail address, Identification or passport number for foreigners.<\/p>\n<p>Courses are offered in English at the University of Rwanda.<\/p>\n<p>The applicant must pay Rwf 10,000 non-refundable fees for Rwandans and East African students while foreigners have to pay Rwf 12,000.<\/p>\n<p>For more
