{"id":39816,"date":"2019-08-08T16:08:08","date_gmt":"2019-08-08T16:08:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/crude-gin-dealer-arrested-in-ruhango\/"},"modified":"2019-08-08T16:07:58","modified_gmt":"2019-08-08T16:07:58","slug":"crude-gin-dealer-arrested-in-ruhango","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/crude-gin-dealer-arrested-in-ruhango\/","title":{"rendered":"Crude gin dealer arrested in Ruhango"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nteziyaremye Kaberuka, 52, was arrested on Tuesday in Ruhango sector following a tip-off from residents on his criminal business, Police said.  <\/p>\n<p>Kanyanga is classified among psychotropic substances and banned in Rwanda. <\/p>\n<p>Chief Inspector of Police (CIP) Bonaventure Karekezi, the Police spokesperson for the Southern region said that Kaberuka was also distilling Kanyanga.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Residents of Ruhango Sector called the Police reporting Kaberuka that he distills Kanyanga, which he sells to other retailers. Police responded and arrested him red-handed.
