More details can be provided by police,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>He explained that security officials launched investigations following the murder which led to the arrest of two people suspected of conspiracy in Nshimiyimana\u2019s death. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe didn\u2019t immediately learn about the cause of his death but two people were later arrested and pleaded guilty.
