Residents learned about her death yesterday around 7:30pm from information provided by one of the men who lived in the house as his housemate suspected of being behind the death went missing. <\/p>\n
Both men work for a Chinese road construction company, China Henan International Corporation (CHICO).<\/p>\n
The executive secretary of Cyungo sector, Froduard Ndagijimana has told IGIHE that one of the two young men accommodated in the house saw the body and alerted officials.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe went there and found the girl dead but she might have been raped before because we saw a condom under the bed,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n
Ndagijimana said the body of the deceased had foam in the mouth and blood in the nose. <\/p>\n
He said the suspect is on the run to be brought to book. <\/p>\n
His colleague who provided information is detained at Kinihira police station while the body has been taken to Kinihira Hospital for post mortem.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
