The submission of his case has been announced by Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB). <\/p>\n
\u201cAfter investigations conducted by RIB and Prosecutors at the National Public Prosecution Authority (NPPA) in the case of NSABIMANA Callixte alias SANKARA, Prosecution has submitted his case to court for pre-trial arraignment,\u201d RIB has said in a tweet. <\/p>\n
Sankara has been claiming to be the spokesperson of MRCD political party behind attacks in Nyabimata and Kitabi in Nyaruguru district during which Rwandans were killed. <\/p>\n
He also claimed to have conquered Nyungwe Forest National park and was heard on international radios saying that what they did was not enough.<\/p>\n
Sankara was arrested on 13th April 2019. His arrest was confirmed on 30th April 2019 by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Richard Sezibera in a press conference. <\/p>\n
