We request people to provide information as the investigation is underway to rearrest them,\u201d he said.   <\/p>\n<p>Rwanda\u2019s penal code stipulates that an escaping convicted inmate gets a doubled jail term of the remaining sentence.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Two children from Nyagatare district have escaped Nyagatare juvenile prison where they have been detained for over a year.
