People have to invest so to get a chance of owning one of these buildings. An added advantage of working with Phoenix Plaza, is that they manage these apartments on behalf of owners who are outside the country,\u201d said Umuraza. <\/p>\n<p>The terms and conditions involved are that a person who buys a three-room apartment gets USD $1000 rental fee per month; the owner of a two-room apartment gets USD $800 while one room apartments\u2019 owners get USD $600 per month. <\/p>\n<p>The buildings have enough space for entertainment, a swimming pool, supermarkets, restaurants, and a gym. <\/p>\n<p>The apartments are equipped with basic furniture like wardrobes, cupboards a solar heater, and bathrooms.
