Simeon Ngirinshuti another beneficiary from Bugesera district said: \u201cWe don\u2019t even receive total transferred amount because SACCOs deduct monthly charges. It would be better if the allowances are increased.\u201d <\/p>\n
Emmanuel Munyangondo, the Director of Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation at FARG unveiled that the funds will be incremented in the next fiscal year. <\/p>\n
