Police spokesperson in Kigali city, CIP Marie Gorette Umutesi has told IGIHE that Nizeyimana and Niyomukiza have been conflicting for long until the wife fled to their home today morning. <\/p>\n
\u201cThey spent three years living together but didn\u2019t have a legal marriage. They had no child. We are informed that they have been in conflicts for long related to drunkard behavior while the husband suspected her wife of adultery,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n
