{"id":38532,"date":"2018-11-20T12:30:00","date_gmt":"2018-11-20T12:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/amir-kicks-off-2018-rwandan-microfinance-week\/"},"modified":"2018-11-20T12:57:08","modified_gmt":"2018-11-20T12:57:08","slug":"amir-kicks-off-2018-rwandan-microfinance-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/amir-kicks-off-2018-rwandan-microfinance-week\/","title":{"rendered":"AMIR kicks off 2018 Rwandan Microfinance Week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The week was launched on Monday, November 19th, in Musanze District, Northern Province with the theme: &#8220;Good corporate governance; a pillar to a strong Microfinance Sector&#8221; and will end on Friday 23rd, 2018. <\/p>\n<p>According to Nkuranga Aimable, the Head of the Association of Microfinance Institutions in Rwanda (AMIR), the week will focus on finding resolutions that will improve the performance of the Microfinance sector, more specifically in the good governance of Microfinance Institutions.  <\/p>\n<p>Good governance in Microfinancial Institutions have proved over time to be an important factor in the success of the institution, the services rendered and its development in general. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstablishing good governance in Microfinancial Institutions is one of the main focus of the week.
