Rwanda Correctional Services Spokesperson SSP Hillary Sengabo told IGIHE that since the law allowed prisoners to sit for exams, all the children sitting for the papers have been passing well. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is the third time that children have sat for national exams and all those who did them in the past, passed them,\u201d he said.  <\/p>\n<p>He added that about 55 children in jail have done the national exams in the past three years.
