According to Police investigations, the victim was lured in a neighbor\u2019s bar and made drunk by the suspect (Ndayisaba) before taking her to one of the rooms where he is believed to have defiled her.<\/p>\n
Police was made aware of the incident when one of the bar attendants who had suspected the criminal act quickly notified law enforcers who in a few minutes took Ndayisaba in custody.<\/p>\n
He was taken to Nyamabuye Police Station where he is currently detained while the victim is receiving medical attention at Kabgayi Hospital.<\/p>\n
Ndayisaba (the suspect) admits sharing a bottle of beer with this young girl but denies any accusations of defiling her.<\/p>\n
The Southern Region Police Spokesperson, Superintendent Hubert Gashagaza, condemned the criminal act describing the culprit\u2019s action as inhuman.<\/p>\n
