He was welcomed by the Deputy Governor in Rwanda in Rotary International District 9150, Rugera Jeanette. <\/p>\n<p>Rotary Clubs consist of individuals with a passion to positively transform the lives and livelihoods of the poor and underprivileged in society.<\/p>\n<p>Governor Mouyokani succeeded Burundian Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Bishahushi and visiting is his first for the first time after taking office in July 2018. <\/p>\n<p>Speaking to IGIHE, 65 year old Mouyokani expressed his joy at the welcome he received when he was in Kigali. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was not surprised by the warm welcome since they always do it. Rotary is very strong in Rwanda seeing how the clubs work. It is what I came to see even though the reports are showing great results already.\u201d He said<\/p>\n<p>In his mandate, he will work with clubs in the region to support Education, Health and sanitation.<\/p>\n<p>In Rwanda, Rotary clubs have joined hands in a bid to support those goals.
